What can we practice?
Outdoor yoga, with a magnificent view of the Vézère
Style: Hatha Yoga (in line with the teachings of the Sivananda centres)
Level: From beginner to advanced, everyone is welcome. Yoga is for everyone, and there are no special entry requirements except the desire to participate
Duration and course content: 90 minutes, with an emphasis on postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana).
Equipment: comfortable, breathable clothing; a (light) blanket to cover yourself during the final relaxation; a yoga mat. If you don’t have it, you can borrow a mat, please let us know in advance.
Possibility to go under a large rock shelter in case of bad weather. </
